To keep us from having to travel back and forth to Florida she and John would go and look at the condos for us and put us on live chat. Being new to the home buying process, April was very helpful. She not only informed me about the Bond Program (a free $15,000) but had a lender (Stacey Cropsey)that helped me through the process. The whole process went extremely smooth and I don’t feel that I could’ve done it without her. She was very attentive to the parameters of what I was looking for and didn’t stop until we found the right house. During negotiations she even got the owner to put a new roof on the home! I can not express how grateful how I am to have had her as my realtor. When I do decide to sell and get another home, she will be right there in the search again.
