I have known April for a long time and personally know that she excels in everything she does so when I decided to try to purchase a home it was natural to call April to assist; knowing that if she chose to work in real estate, like all her other endeavors, she would be the best in her field. Within a short period of time she had referred me for funding and I was approved for a loan. Next came the home search and we looked at some scary houses. One house that had a “bonus” room and some other questionable renovations. Another house with monstrous poltergeist tree roots all over the property- both of these I loved and wanted to buy but backed out of the contracts; after a second look they did not seem so appealing. When I lost another house to a cash bid, she was quick to let me know that there would be another house I liked better. We finally found THE house. Most of it is electronic which is a plus. She is a matter of fact, strong, and quick-witted. Prepare for some sass and laughs.

Let me start with that I am an immigrant who’s bought the first house in the U.S.. So, in addition to that I was an unexperienced buyer and had tons of questions about mostly everything, those questions frequently were asked in not excellent language.
