We had the extreme pleasure of working with April and her husband John in shopping for our forever home. We are currently past the inspections heading to our closing date. April will stay in communication with you the entire journey. She does not hesitate when you find a listing you want to see to get you in there. The housing climate right now is hopping and most homes are sold the day of listing so the fact that she is so responsive means EVERYTHING ; ) She will not allow the listing agents to take advantage in contract negotiations and we only got our house due to the fact that she wrote a pristine contract and the agent for the opposing offer was extremely sloppy. You need April and John on your home buying team!!!
